စိတ္ဆိုးေသာအခါ

People use to get angry, including me of course. =D We are angry when someone hurts our feeling, when someone dumps us, when someone points mistake on us, etc. It's just usual. We couldn't escape from this kind of emotional expressions. However, it's not good when things get intense. It's hurt. It's true, it's really HURT!

First, you'll hurt yourself and then you'll hurt others. It's not good at all. It's no use crying over the spilt milk. When you are angry, look around you. People don't care what you are feeling. They don't care how much you hurt. In the end, only you who is suffering from the anger. So, there is no use at all. Just try to Forgive & Forget about everything that makes you angry.
Forgiveness is just giving a room in your heart. I'd mentioned about forgiveness in the previous posts.


Life will be peaceful if there is no anger.

May we be happy and free from the anger. ^__^
